Principal R. Justin Huratiak  acquired this 48 acre farm that had been for sale  several years during a recession.  RJH saw the Farm as a unique opportunity as this particular parcel had the necessary attributes and characteristics for an exceptional investment. With faith we were able to accomplish our goal of creating a family farm by subdividing the parcel into strategic lots, while preserving the remaining area with Northampton County Preservation.
